Hi! I'm Jen and I'm passionate about helping you discover the most vibrant version of YOU. I love impromptu dance parties, tarot cards, long savasanas, red pandas, and celebratory glasses of bubbly.

As a trauma-informed energy healer, facilitator, reiki master, certified hypnotherapist, and sound healer I have utilized and benefited from every tool used in my practice. I have shed self-limiting beliefs, healed physically, emotionally, and energetically from current and past-life challenges, and most importantly have come to LOVE myself and my life fully.

With kindness, compassion, and curiosity I have learned to embrace that I am worthy of being loved. That I am worthy of living authentically and vibrantly. That I can blaze my own unique path and support others as they do the same.

I am dedicated to helping you embrace your own bright path.
