WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

Nutritional therapy is a comprehensive nutritional approach, supporting your journey to vibrant health and balance.  We will work together to address the underlying root causes of your priority health issues and will strengthen your nutritional foundation using a holistic perspective. Nutritional therapy is based on six foundations for health – Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Balance, Fatty Acid Balance, Mineral Balance, and Hydration. By creating optimal balance you will regain your ability to live a thriving and engaged life.

This is a partnership. Together we will work through your health history, current symptoms, and health goals to create a roadmap that is unique to you. We will build a nutrient-dense plan that leverages supplements and lifestyle changes to help you build your most vibrant self!

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is a paraprofessional certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc. trained to evaluate a client’s nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner makes recommendations of dietary change, lifestyle considerations, and nutritional supplementation based on the following:

  • Client Information
  • Analysis of Client’s Food Journal
  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire
  • Functional Evaluation
  • Lingual-Neuro Testing
