Each session is conducted in person or via Zoom and lasts approximately two hours. After each session, you will receive a bespoke recording created just for you. It is a vital part of the process to listen to this recording for at least 21 days, twice a day. This allows you to internalize all the work you have done and embrace your new beliefs and understanding of yourself. Each session also includes an Energy Clearing (completed remotely, post-session).
Between sessions, regular communication will be established to support your expansion.

Rapid Transformation Hypnotherapy will take you into a relaxed trance state of understanding. As you deepen your awareness, you move towards freedom and expansion.
